    Internal Developer Platform (IDP)

    • Develop across the full stack of the IDP, a large-scale CI/CD platform supporting 100+ applications across ~50 engineering teams. It cut greenfield-to-production delivery from ~60 days to under 3 hours.
    • Shipped 4 major releases with 141+ automated tests and zero critical production incidents, integrating Git-based configuration, Docker, AWS and Harness CI/CD.

    Database migration framework

    • Architected and independently built the IDP’s database migration framework in Python, PostgreSQL, Liquibase, AWS and Harness. Own its deployments across Dev, Test, Stage and Production, and established the organization’s database Golden Path.
    • Engineered automated AWS RDS snapshot, validation and restore workflows, so databases recover from failed deployments with less manual SRE intervention in Stage and Production.
    • Built a 7-check SQL static analysis engine that enforces zero-downtime schema evolution.
    • Implemented passwordless PostgreSQL authentication with IAM/STS, eliminating hardcoded database credentials.
